My main focus is supporting adults and families living with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss. I also help clients with the following challenges:

I work with individuals using a range from interpersonal conversation, skills based therapy methods to mindfulness-based and holistic approach. Research shows that mindful living can build new neuropathways in our brains, making positive and sustainable change.

Background
I’ve worked with adults and adolescents both in community mental health and in private practice since 1995.
I pursued a dual degree in Master of Social Work and a Master of Divinity with the intent of integrating how science provides insight, while leaving plenty of room for an approach to healing that is holistic, inclusive, and open to mystery and awe.
My professional credentials include:
