Service
My focus is on supporting adults and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief & loss. I also walk alongside clients facing challenges such as:
- Life transitions and periods of change
- Overwhelming emotions or emotional dysregulation
- Worry, anxiety, and ruminating thoughts
- Sadness and depression
- Mood disorders
- Exploring your higher self or spiritual identity
Healthy connection is essential to our well-being. I offer individual therapy for those experiencing relationship challenges, including:
- Communication barriers and boundary issues
- Separation and divorce
- Healing from infidelity
I welcome and celebrate diversity in my practice, creating an inclusive and compassionate space for all.
Possibility
I work with individuals using a blend of interpersonal conversation, skills-based therapy, and mindfulness-centered approaches. Research shows that mindful living can help create new neuropathways in the brain, supporting lasting and positive change.
My work is grounded in a variety of therapeutic methods, which I draw from depending on your unique needs. These include:
- Interpersonal and Emotion-Focused Therapy
- Couples Therapy, including the Gottman Method
- Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Hypnotherapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- Mindfulness and meditation practices
Together, we can explore what feels most supportive for you, creating a path toward healing, growth, and balance.
Background
I bring nearly three decades of experience supporting adults and adolescents in both community mental health and private practice. My dual graduate training in Social Work and Divinity reflects my belief in blending evidence-based practices with a holistic, inclusive approach to healing — one that honors both the science of the mind and the mystery of the human spirit.
